Dispatch: Intoxicated couple told to separate at 9:25 p.m., again at 11 p.m.; Bad check investigation

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the April 6 recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* Chad David, 25, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI and additionally cited for DUS, and Possession of a Controlled Substance at 9:54 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Kevin Ware, 21, of Sheridan, was arrested for Probation Violation at 9:54 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. *Calls* Officers took report of a bad check at 10:35 a.m. on Commercial Avenue. Under Investigation. Report of possible fraudulent documents sent to a residence at 10:39 on Gladstone Street. Report of two wallets stolen from a residence at 11:02 a.m. on Fifth Street. Under investigation. Suspicious behavior by an adult toward a juvenile was reported at 12:29 p.m. on Edwards Drive. Under investigation. Report of one male in another person's home, whom homeowner did not know at 2:04 p.m. on Gladstone Street. Investigation revealed that person had entered home by mistake. Officers responded to a grass fire at 2:36 p.m. on Marion Street. Officers responded to a report of embezzlement at 2:49 p.m. on N. Main Street. Case under investigation. Police responded to a 3 vehicle accident with no injury at 5:59 p.m. At 9:52 p.m. on Pheasant Place, a husband and wife who were highly intoxicated, were told to separate for the evening due to their incessant arguing, after officers assisted EMS with a medical call. Kevin Ware, 21, of Sheridan, was arrested for Probation Violation at 9:54 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Anonymous report of drug activity on Avoca Place at 10:22 a.m. Under investigation. Report of a domestic between a male and female that officers had previously spoken to in the evening at 11 p.m. on Pheasant Place.
