(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the April 12 recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* Mark Davis, 60, Sheridan, arrested for DWUI at 12:27 a.m. on W. Burkitt Street. Aaron Brown, 37, Sheridan, was arrested for Criminal Entry, Trespassing and Breach of Peace at 7:53 p.m. on Big Horn Avenue. *Calls* Complaint of suspicious activity between an adult male and children in the Sheridan area was made at 9:37 a.m. Investigation was completed and case turned over to DFS. Officers responded to a two vehicle accident with no injuries at 2:08 p.m. on Burkitt Street. One vehicle trying to park and the right rear struck the left front of a parked and unoccupied car. Officers followed up on a suspicious circumstances case at 3:06 p.m. on Avoca Place. Multiple witnesses complained of a female driver passing a vehicle that was stopped in the 800 block of Highland Ave while children were crossing the street at 3:54 p.m. Vehicle registration was provided to Law Enforcement. Attempts being made to locate driver. An unknown subject called posing as someone else asking for money to be bonded out of jail as part of a fraud scheme at 4:23 p.m. on Michael Drive. Female complained of receiving harassing phone calls at work at 4:26 p.m. on Park Drive. Complaint of a intoxicated male yelling outside was made at 4:48 p.m. on Big Horn Avenue. The male subject was contacted and found to be okay. Report will be sent to City Attorney Office since the male was on probation and not to be consuming alcoholic beverages. Complaint taken regarding an elderly subject having fallen victim to a money scam at 6 p.m. on Mountain View.
