Only a slight chance of snow in the Bighorns as winter storm Vexo hits southern Wyoming

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — You know it's bad when an April snow storm gets a name. The storm coming to southern Wyoming will be so wide-spread over the Rocky Mountains that national media are giving it a name: Vexo. Already impacting travel in the southern part of the state, Vexo will hit slow and strong, the National Weather Weather Service reports. Meanwhile, there is a slight chance of snow for the northeastern part of the state this weekend. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. By early next week, Sheridan should see temperatures in the high 50s and low 60s again. #dally #news
