(Sheridan, Wyo.) — You know it's bad when an April snow storm gets a name. The storm coming to southern Wyoming will be so wide-spread over the Rocky Mountains that national media are giving it a name: Vexo. Already impacting travel
in the southern part of the state, Vexo will hit slow and strong, the
National Weather Weather Service reports.
Meanwhile, there is a slight chance of snow for the northeastern part of
the state this weekend.

There is a chance of rain and snow showers before midnight in Sheridan, and
a chance of snow showers late tonight.
New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
By early next week, Sheridan should see temperatures in the high 50s and
low 60s again.
