Dispatch: Eight arrests; Juvenile-related incidents reported in the Sheridan area

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — The *Sheridan Police Department* responded to 79 calls over the weekend, including: *Arrests* *Friday* Trevor Olson, 24, Sheridan, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Municipal Court for failing to pay fines at 4:02 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. *Saturday* Ojaylan Jackson, 41, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI, driving without an interlock device and driving under suspension at 11:40 a.m. on E. Seventh Street. Antonia Andersen, 29, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI at 10:55 p.m. on Alger Ave. *Sunday* Audrianna Brow, 26, Story, was arrested for DWUI at 2:03 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. A male passenger was cited for open container. Male subject was arrested for aggravated battery as result of a physical altercation against his pregnant wife in the Sheridan area at 2:11 a.m. Justin Schaff, 18, Sheridan, was arrested for public intoxication and attempted criminal entry at 4:33 a.m. on College Meadow Drive. Keith Ritchie, 27, Salem, Oregon was arrested for theft after stealing a bicycle at 8:54 a.m. on Strahan Parkway. Natasha Nevel, 27, Sheridan, for an outstanding Circuit Court warrant at 6:15 p.m. on Mydland Road. *Calls* *Friday* Report of an assault that took place the prior evening was made at 10:16 a.m. on Edwards Drive. Investigation resulted in one female juvenile being cited for unlawful contact. Male called about being harassed at local business by an individual claiming to be an off duty officer at 11:12 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Follow up investigation into a parent continuing to allow children to play, in an inappropriate manner, with an adult male was made in the Sheridan area at 1:25 p.m. Citizen complained of possible mail tampering at 1:57 p.m. on E. Montana Street. Stolen vehicle and a runaway located at local residence at 1:59 p.m. on W. Loucks Street. The juvenile male was placed back into the care of his guardian. Fight between juveniles at the high school was reported at 3:22 p.m. on Long Drive. Complaint was made of a male making comments about stealing cars at 3:46 p.m. on Avoca Place. Individual contacted, identified and warned. A vehicle leaving the curb collided with a passing vehicle at 4:19 p.m. on Loucks Street. No injuries resulted from the crash. Driver leaving the curb was cited for unsafely starting a parked vehicle into traffic. Complaint of trespassing in progress was made at 4:26 p.m. on Third Avenue. Subject had left prior to officer arrival. Complaint of theft at local liquor store was made at 5:05 p.m. on Brundage Lane. Case was determined to be unfounded. Delivery driver complained of having been bitten by a dog at 6:51 p.m. on Sherman Avenue. Officer found the dog was inside its yard and the bite did not break the skin. Dog owners were contacted. Male resident complained of items having been moved inside his residence. at 10:12 p.m. on Long Drive. *Saturday* Traffic accident at 2:35 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue was witnessed by an officer, resulted in one driver being cited for failing to yield to a red light. Complaint of a purse having been left at restaurant was now missing at 3:42 p.m. on N. Brooks Street. Two juveniles were taken into protective custody following a welfare check for child abuse in the Sheridan area at 8:31 p.m. Complaint of a 3-year-old who reported as wandering the streets was made at 9:45 p.m. in the Sheridan area. Juvenile was located in the care of the parent. Officers responded to a complaint of domestic violence in the Sheridan area at 11:33 p.m. One male was subsequently arrested for domestic battery. *Sunday* Intoxicated male removed from his girlfriend's residence at her request at 1:51 p.m. on Long Drive. A hit and run was reported at 5:09 p.m. on Broadway Street.
