Over 3 inches of moisture in parts of Sheridan County; wet, gray day ahead

Temperatures are starting off this morning about average, the National Weather Service of Billings says, but the region will not see much warm up today. The high is predicted to be 41 degrees, with a 90% chance of snow, fog and rain. According to a precipitation summary created by NOAA, Story received the most moisture over the past few days, with 3.67 inches falling between April 23-24.
