(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Crowds waited at the Sheridan Inn this morning for the "clop-clop-clop" of the hooves around 160 horses, headed for Eaton's Ranch today. https://youtu.be/2iF02x7VJac https://youtu.be/cOva01vzHOw Over the three-day drive
, the horses
move 100 miles from a winter pasture in Northeastern Wyoming to Eaton's
Ranch in Wolf, nestled at the base of the Bighorns west of Sheridan.
The Eaton family uses the horses all summer during its tourist season,
which brings visitors from across the world.
Though the family has made the drive in rain, snow and sleet, the weather
today was perfect — a mild, sunny day to take in this Sheridan tradition.
