Lazarus Douvos is no stranger to the world of beauty and fashion. Lazarus has worked with Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, and was appointed as personal stylist to fashion doyenne and Hollywood celebrity the late Joan Rivers, before working as a master stylist for the iconic hairdresser Garren. He has created editorial looks for US Vogue and was the personal hair stylist to Journalist and Fashion Editor at Large, Hamish Bowles.

As an internationally renowned hair stylist and years of working with haircare brands and hearing the confusion on too many product options from women all over the world, Lazarus created his own streamlined haircare collection. Carrying a deep love for his craft and the world of fragrance, he dreamt of marrying the emotional connection that perfume brings to the ritual of haircare. With ROSE 1845 a new era in perfume and hair care has arrived.
