Fremont Counseling Service (FCS) is seeking an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LAT to join our Lander team as a Crisis Therapist or Behavioral Health Clinician.

Recruiting for Crisis Therapist – Lander, Wyoming

FCS is seeking candidates to fill a full-time (benefited, exempt) position to provide evaluations to individuals presenting at local law enforcement agencies and hospitals for determination of involuntary detention from 5 pm to 8 am Sunday through Thursday and potentially 1-2 weekends per month. (Schedule is flexible and can be developed once a candidate is selected.)


Qualifications: Master’s Degree in accredited clinical program. Eligible for licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAT) in Wyoming and ability to maintain licensure status. Knowledge of providing crisis services and performing evaluations for the determination of involuntary detention; the assessment and treatment of behavioral and; knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, and treatment.


Salary: $55,862 (plus benefits), dependent upon qualifications and experience. Applications will be reviewed as they are received and candidates will be interviewed until such time that the position is filled.


Recruiting for Behavioral Health Clinicians – Lander, Wyoming

FCS is seeking candidates to fill two full-time (benefited, exempt) positions to provide direct clinical services to clients of Fremont Counseling Service. Participation in the emergency, on-call rotation (covering evenings and weekends) is required.


Qualifications: Master’s Degree in accredited clinical program. Eligible for licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAT) in Wyoming and ability to maintain licensure status. Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders. Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and counseling / treatment.


Salary: $55,862 (plus benefits), dependent upon qualifications and experience. Applications will be reviewed as they are received and candidates will be interviewed until such time that the position is filled.
