Not only do we pride ourselves in helping you reach your physical health goals, we pride ourselves in partnering with you in the insurance coverage world. Deductibles are a reality for most of us, and often a barrier to pursuing care needed care.  In addition to maximizing your coverage, we work with our patients to ease the deductible burden.

Trina Moss

Trina is Fremont Therapy Group's Business Office Manager and oversees the day to day operations of the business. She directs all of the company’s billing, accounts payable, and payroll.

Trina believes the patient experience extends beyond the treatment area, so she works hard to ensure patient information remains secure and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner.  Her glowing smile, positive attitude are a draw to co-workers and visitors alike. 

“I take pride in working for this great company. My team of co-workers love to help patients every step of the way.”

Trina enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with Mike, her husband of 21 years. She was born and raised in Riverton and brings more than 20 years of medical practice management to her current position.

Michelle Henry

As Billing Specialist, Michelle brings an energetic and fun personality to the billing department. She is responsible for submitting claims to patient insurance companies and processing all payments. Michelle takes pride in helping patients navigate the insurance world and works diligently to ensure they receive the coverage that is due to them. 

“I love the team effort we have in the billing office and seeing patients benefit from the plans they’ve purchased.” 

Originally from Georgia, Michelle comes to Fremont Therapy with many years of experience in the medical field.  

Michelle and her husband are proud parents to son Deyton. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling and is a college football fanatic--Go Auburn Tigers and Georgia Bulldogs!

Rochelle Sheldon

As a Billing Specialist, Rochelle works with the therapists to ensure accurate billing of services to insurances. She also takes pride in addressing our patients’ questions regarding their accounts and is a compassionate advocate for our patients when researching insurance to make certain they receive the benefits they are entitled to.

I feel the most pride in my role at FTG when I am able to advocate for our patients making sure they receive all of the benefits they are entitled to.”

Rochelle is a Riverton native and attended the University of Wyoming. She then returned home to manage her family’s retail store, Rod’s Furniture.

While not in the office, Rochelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Brent, cooking for friends and family, and traveling the world to watch Formula One racing.

Isela Vargas

Isela Vargas is our Billing Assistant and initiates the first, key step in the process of determining the  patient’s specific benefits according to their insurance company and plan. Her knowledge and attention to detail helps patients understand their coverages and navigate the insurance maze. 

Originally from Riverton, Isela brings several years experience and strong organization and communication skills to Fremont Therapy’s billing department.

“I take pride in communicating with insurance companies to help our patients have great care from the first step.”

Outside of work, Isela loves to relax at home with her son, daughter and spoiled pup. She is also a voracious reader of mystery/crime novels and hits the gym for yoga, spin, and piyo classes. 

Tina Wilkinson

After many years in our Lander clinic, Tina now coordinates company-wide administrative functions. She oversees the training and development of our Admin Team members, works with each clinic to ensure day-to-day procedures are maintained consistently and provides support to staff  to stay true to our FTG mission. . 

“I am fortunate to work with such a caring group of people and I love supporting our Administrative Staff as they provide a comprehensive patient experience.”

Tina is a Wyoming native and moved from Riverton to Lander in 2006. She loves life in Wyoming, and feels blessed to be able to offer her daughters, Emma and Elise, the same upbringing she treasures.  Tina and her husband enjoy all the wonderful activities Lander has to offer their family, including outdoor recreation and community activities.
