Connect at the Summit
New York, New York, November 7, 2017— For the first time ever, Teen Vogue is hosting a Summit for teens and young adults to come together and network with pioneers in fashion, technology, social justice and more. From Dec. 1-2, 2017, on the west side of Los Angeles, attendees will participate in a series of workshops, visit top companies in their fields of interest and establish mentor relationships with leaders in a variety of careers.
As a publication known for empowering and educating young women, Teen Vogue's goal is to help provide young people with the necessary supplies to put their dreams in motion. Summit attendees will have the opportunity to jumpstart their careers while working to build a lifetime network with their peers. Throughout these intensive two days, there will be visits to companies such as TOMs, YouTube Space LA, Girlboss Media, 72andSunny and many more. Between these visits, speakers and trailblazers such as director and writer Ava DuVernay, actress and activist Amandla Stenberg and CEO and founder of Girlboss Media, Sophia Amoruso, will supply some key advice about infiltrating their industries.
