Hereford House builds a mobile team of grilling experts

61-year-old Kansas City steakhouse icon, Hereford House, hits the road with its Hereford House Heat Grill Team

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (May 21, 2018) – Just in time for the prime season of weddings, reunions, picnics and neighborhood get-togethers, Hereford House announces a mobile team of grilling experts to prepare anything from Hereford House’s high-quality USDA Certified Very Tender 12-ounce KC Strips and ribeyes to its signature Steakburgers on site at events, parties and gatherings. The Hereford House Heat Grill Team is comprised of team captain Genny Scott, catering director, and all four Hereford House executive chefs – Tony Perez of Hereford House’s Leawood location, Mike Morgan of its Independence location, Wendall Caples of its Northland location, and Bryon McCune of its Shawnee location. The quartet of Perez, Morgan, Caples and McCune bring a combined 55 years to the Hereford House Heat Grill Team. 


The Hereford House Heat Grill Team will hit the road with its giant grill for on-site grilling for parties of all sizes. In addition to its steak and burger options, Hereford House Heat can also grill hot dogs, bratwursts, chicken, and vegetarian options. Hereford House’s signature side dishes are also included with the Hereford House Heat packages.

Spur:

$9 per person

  • 1/3-pound Hereford House Steakburger – blend of house-ground striploin, ribeye and tenderloin, served on our signature Hereford House-branded bun

Classic:

$10 per person

  • 1/3-pound Hereford House Steakburger – blend of house-ground striploin, ribeye and tenderloin, served on our signature Hereford House-branded bun

  • Bottled water and assorted Coca-Cola soft drinks

 

Lasso:

$10 per person

  • 1/3-pound Hereford House Steakburger – blend of house-ground striploin, ribeye and tenderloin, served on our signature Hereford House-branded bun
  • Grilled chicken breast
  • Regular and BBQ potato chips
  • Bottled water and assorted Coca-Cola soft drinks

 

Roundup:

$25 per person

  • 12-ounce KC Strip or Ribeye
  • Grilled chicken breast
  • Choice of two side dishes
  • Bottled water and assorted Coca-Cola soft drinks

 

Side Dish choices:

Side dishes may be added to any Hereford House Heat package for $1 per person. Each additional side dish is $1 person, as well.

  • Cowboy Beans – blend of ranch & pinto beans, bacon, prime rib, onion
