New spring seasonal menu items now available at HopCat
Kansas City, Mo. (May 11, 2018) – HopCat, Westport’s craft beer bar, adds four new menu items for the spring season. The new menu items include Panko Breaded Cauliflower, Cam-Wow Chicken, Slammin’ Salmon Sammy and Grilled Chicken Caprese Linguine. The fresh, new menu items are available during lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
Panko Breaded Cauliflower
Seasoned panko-breaded cauliflower, topped with lemon zest and served with avocado-ranch dressing.
Grilled or fried chicken tossed in sesame-garlic dressing with chopped romaine, broc-choy slaw, julienne roasted red pepper, IPA mango salsa and crispy wonton strips. Available as a salad or a wrap.
Slammin’ Salmon Sammy
Blackened wild caught salmon with hickory smoked bacon, guacamole, IPA mango salsa and spinach, served on grilled rye.
Grilled Chicken Caprese Linguine
Grilled chicken breast topped with fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and basil, drizzled with balsamic reduction, served on linguine tossed with marinated tomato and spinach.
