HopCat revamps entire brunch menu with 14 new additions
Salted Caramel Chicken & Waffles, Avocado Toast, Baked French Toast, Aperol Spritz and more join the new menu
Kansas City, Mo. (Aug. 7, 2019) – HopCat-Kansas City elevates its brunch menu with nine new dishes along with five new, refreshing brunch cocktails. New items include Salted Caramel Chicken & Waffles, B’s Avocado Toast, Baked French Toast, Aperol Spritz, mimosas with fresh orange or pineapple juice and a Michelada.
HopCat’s new brunch menu is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Egg In The Hole ($10) – Fresh custom blend beef patty, rye bread, egg, hickory-smoked bacon garlic aioli, stout caramelized onions and Swiss. Served with breakfast potatoes and arugula salad.
Salted Caramel Chicken & Waffles ($13) – Sugar waffles, crispy skin-on chicken thighs, salted caramel butter, hickory-smoked bacon and maple syrup. Served Nashville hot or not.
Monte Cato ($9) – Sourdough French toast, creamy brie spread, smokehouse ham, habanero sauce and sunny eggs.
Baked French Toast ($11) – Layered brioche French toast, crispy smokehouse ham, creamy brie spread and maple syrup.
B’s Avocado Toast ($8) – Rye bread topped with crushed avocados, red chili flakes, arugula salad and sunny eggs.
Mediterranean Breakfast Wrap ($11) – Scrambled eggs, porter mushrooms, crushed avocado, vegan jalapeno mayo, arugula, marinated tomatoes and queso fresco wrapped in a flour tortilla. Served with fruit salad.
Light Side Of The Sun ($9) – Arugula salad tossed with lemon vinaigrette, parmesan, warm breakfast potatoes, cherry tomatoes and red onion. Topped with a sunny egg.
Porky Melt ($11) – Smoked pork in grilled raisin bread with creamy brie spread, apple butter, habanero
sauce and crispy haystack onions. Served with breakfast potatoes and arugula salad.
Hangover Skillet ($9) – Breakfast potatoes, hickory-smoked bacon, red onion and pickled jalapeno.
Topped with warm cheese sauce and a sunny egg.
Michelada ($6) – Light lager, lime juice, splash of Zing Zang bloody Mary mix and a few dashes of Cholula hot sauce. Served over ice with a chili-lime dusted rim and lime wedge.
Aperol Spritz ($9) – Aperol, sparkling wine and soda water. Served over ice.
French Spritz ($9) – St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Aperol, grapefruit juice and soda water. Served
Bloody Mary ($5) – Light lager, vodka and Zing Zang bloody Mary mix (original or spicy). Served with a Cosmik seasoning dusted rum, celery stick and skewer of green olive, pickle, pepper-jack cheese and pepperoni.
Mimosa ($5) – Sparkling wine served with orange juice or pineapple juice.
