The Dining Experience Launches New Craft Cocktail Menu at Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts
Spring menu introduces 16 new craft cocktails

Kansas City, MO (April 12, 2017) – In tandem with its recent spring menu release, The Dining Experience at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts has launched its spring craft cocktail menu, featuring seasonal ingredients and locally sourced spirits. The new libations are the brainchild of cocktail expert Phil Carey, restaurant manager for The Dining Experience.
With 16 new cocktails on the spring menu, featured drinks include seasonal fruit, light ingredients and unique presentation elements. The Smoked Free-State Manhattan reflects on spring bonfires as it’s served smoking. The Cherry Blossom highlights flowery elements of spring with Restless Spirits’ Botanical Gin, organic lemonade and butterfly pea flower extract.
The spring craft cocktail menu is now available in the Founders’ Lounge at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts and is available for all guests and visitors prior to most performances, excluding Sunday afternoons. Walk-in dining is welcome. The Dining Experience also offers a three-course menu, small plates menu of lighter fare and a diverse collection of craft cocktails, wine and spirits.
