Blue Moose provides guests the chance to win a $250 gift card with its baseball fundraising campaign

Paper baseballs sold at Topeka location between April 16-29 will benefit Folds of Honor and Hopps Helps charitable organizations

TOPEKA, KAN. (April 17, 2018) – As baseball season gets underway, Blue Moose is providing its guests the chance to win a $250 gift card with a special fundraising campaign. Between April 16-29, guests can purchase paper baseballs for $1 each at the upscale-casual Blue Moose restaurant, located at 3030 S.W. Wanamaker Road. One random winner will be announced in May for the $250 Blue Moose gift card.


All proceeds raised by the sale of the paper baseballs will donate to Folds of Honor and Hopps Helps, a charitable giving organization managed and operated by KC Hopps, the greater Kansas City - based restaurant group that owns Blue Moose. This is the sixth consecutive year that Blue Moose has sold paper baseballs. The campaign raised more than $18,000 during November of last year for Love Fund for Children, The Parkinson’s Foundation and Hopps Helps. In years past, the paper baseballs campaign ran once annually for a four-week period. This year, it will run two times for a two-week period. The second campaign of 2018 is planned for November. The paper baseballs campaign is held in each of KC Hopps’ 11 restaurant locations in Topeka, Manhattan, Lawrence and the Kansas City metro.
