For the first time since its opening, Blue Moose revamps its daily specials
Starting March 25, new hearty specials will include Taco Wednesday, $5 Burger Thursday, Prime Rib Saturday and more
MANHATTAN, Kan. (March 15, 2019) – For the first time since its opening in December 2016, Blue Moose, located at 100 Manhattan Town Center, will revamp its daily specials with new food and drink specials. The local, upscale-casual restaurant will now offer drink specials all day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and food specials all day on Wednesday and Thursday, plus a lunch special on Saturdays.
The new daily specials include some heartier offerings, such as Taco Wednesday, $5 Burger Thursday and All-You-Can-Eat Fish & Chips every Friday. On Saturdays, a prime rib dinner special will be offered from 5 p.m. to close, and a prime rib sandwich special will be offered on during lunch from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The new daily specials will launch on Monday, March 25.
All specials are dine-in only unless otherwise noted.
Wednesday – Taco Wednesday
All tacos served with housemade black beans, chipotle rice and salsa
Grilled Mahi Fish Tacos – two soft corn tortillas filled with blackened mahi, chipotle mayonnaise, lettuce and pico de gallo
Carne Asada Tacos – two soft corn tacos filled with marinated steak, cheese, chipotle aioli, pico de gallo, pickled onions, jalapeños and cilantro
Rotating Feature Tacos (changes every week) – two tequila-shrimp tacos, two barbacoa tacos, or three braised pork belly tacos
Thursday – $5 Burger Thursday
All burgers are 8-ounce choice Black Angus ground beef cooked over hickory and oak and served on freshly baked Farm to Market buns, unless otherwise stated
Classic Burger – served with lettuce, tomato, dill pickles and onions

- BBQ Burger $9 – Classic Burger served with aged cheddar cheese, sweet & smokey BBQ sauce & crispy onion strings.
- Buffalo Bleu burger $8 – Bleu cheese crumbles & buffalo sauce.
- Lucille Ball $8 – Two quarter-pound patties, grilled on our flat griddle with bacon, American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle & special sauce.
- Dezi Arnaz $10 – Stacked with smoked ham, Swiss cheese, yellow mustard, shaved dill pickles and Mojo sauce on a grilled Cuban-style roll.
- French fries or tater tots, $2
- Truffle-parmesan fries, $2.50
- Sweet potato fries or thick-cut onion rings, $3
Friday – All-You-Can-Eat Fish & Chips

Light and flaky white fish, Boulevard Wheat beer battered and fried to golden brown. Served with French fries, coleslaw and lemon-caper aioli.
Saturday – Prime Rib Sandwich*

Slow-roasted Black Angus Beef topped with creamy horseradish, white cheddar cheese and caramelized onions on a freshly baked Farm to Market ciabatta roll. Served with French fries.
Saturday – Prime Rib Dinner*

Finished over hickory and oak. Served with a house salad, skin-on homemade mashed potatoes, au jus and creamy horseradish sauce.
