Lidia’s Kansas City partners with Shatto Milk Company for a collaboration dinner on July 18
Multi-course menu created by Executive Chef Dan Swinney highlights Shatto’s award-winning butter, cheese, milk and ice cream; $45 per person
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (June 22, 2018) – Lidia’s Kansas City is partnering with Shatto Milk Company for a multi-course collaboration dinner on Wednesday, July 18, at 6:30 p.m. in Lidia’s private Terrazza. Created by Executive Chef Dan Swinney, the prix-fixe menu highlights Shatto’s award-winning butter, cheese, milk and ice cream throughout the five courses. Options range from Spaghetti and Shrimp in the Scampi Style with Shatto Garlic Butter to a Chocolate Espresso Torta with Shatto’s Caramel Sea Salt Ice Cream.
The collaboration dinner is $45 per person and $30 for additional wine pairings. Tax and gratuity not included. The menu is available exclusively on Wednesday, July 18. Reservations are required by calling the restaurant at 816-221-3722, or by visiting www.lidias-kc.com.
