Michael Forbes Bar and Grille offers Valentine’s menu for two Feb. 9-14

Guests will choose 4 courses for $55

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Jan. 29, 2018) Michael Forbes Bar and Grille Executive Chef Matt Cross will feature a Valentine’s menu for two from Friday, Feb. 9 through Wednesday, Feb. 14, offering prospective diners six days to fulfill their Valentine’s dining plans. The menu will be available during lunch and dinner services. Michael Forbes serves lunch daily from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Dinner is served 4 – 9 p.m., Sunday and Monday, 4 – 10 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, and 4 – 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday.


The Valentine’s menu will feature four courses, two of which diners will share, for $55, not including taxes and gratuity.

Queso Dip

With fresh made chips


Roasted Garlic Hummus*

Housemade hummus with toasted pita, cucumber, Kalamata olives, red peppers and spring mix

In a red chili aioli

Crispy and hand-breaded, topped with a lemon garlic butter and parmesan cheese

Grilled Teres Major steak, sliced and topped with a Portobello mushroom demi-glace. Served with mashers and grilled asparagus.


Creamy Artichoke Chicken

Grilled and marinated chicken breast topped with a creamy artichoke and mushroom sauce over spinach orzo. Served with fresh veggies.


Steak Gorgonzola Rigatoni*

Sautéed marinated steak, mushrooms, red onions and tomatoes, tossed in a garlic cream sauce and topped with crumbled blue cheese and toasted bread crumbs



Rolled with fresh spinach, parmesan, Italian sausage and ground beef. Topped with a creamy
