The debate on if Christianity is relevant to Millennials and younger demographics; seems to be a daily conversation in churches across the world these days. This summer, The Millennials of Faith Initiative (An evangelistic initiative focused on creatively reaching millennials with the gospel) looks to take this discussion directly to the subjects (Millennials and Youth) through a unique traveling one day conference deemed: “Generation of Faith Gathering”.
By bringing together youth and young adults for a one day experience; the initiative hopes to inspire and influence a generation to make an impact in the world now by sharing their faith. The Generation of Faith Gathering is essentially a One Day Youth and Young Adult Conference that partners with churches across cities and states, to create a platform where young people can build relationships, cultivate their ideas, and create strategies to shift culture.
The gathering is slated to hit over 20 cities between July and late August (with additional dates being considered); and will feature topical/age specific lab sessions and general sessions led by some of today’s emerging Christian performing artists, leaders, speakers, and organizations.
Organizers expect an average of 1000 youth and young adults at each stop; and say attendees will also hear uplifting stories from youth and young adult influencers during a storytellers segment, experience a full concert, eat from local food trucks, and have access to several vendors on site.
Vendor registration is currently open, and attendee registration is scheduled to open June 10th (30 days prior to the tour kickoff). Attendee Registration will range from $20 general admission and $15 per person for group of 10+.
Types of Vendors that will be considered:
• Food Trucks/Carts (limited space – First Come First Serve)
• Health Organizations
• Faith Based Clothing Brands/Boutiques
• Faith Based Businesses/Services
Vendors that won’t be considered:
• Vendors selling alcohol
• Clothing Brands with vulgar messages
• Any vender that directly or indirectly contradicts the mission of the event
Vendor Registration is $50 until June 5th and increases afterwards, until spaces are sold out. Vendor credentials will be sent after registering, along with additional information such as set up times and faq’s. Prices of items being sold, are subject to vendor.
• Your company’s logo will be included on all promotional material
• You will receive Free entry for you and 1 assistant/ business partner
For promotional purposes: After registering, please submit your business logo (acceptable files: pdf, psd, png) to be added to promotional materials for the event (send to info@Millennialsoffaith.org after registration)
Deadline: June 5th, 2017 Your $50 is due as well as logo for promotional material.
ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS - Event time is from 9am - 6pm on event days, you are able to set up as early as 8am but we do anticipate the high crowds visiting your areas between 10pm - 4pm. Food trucks will be the primary source of meals.
