Dispatch: Two indecent exposures reported; Loud music complaints; Woman found intoxicated with open bottle of Potter's Crown

(Casper, Wyo.) – Here is a recap of law enforcement activity from around Natrona County from the past twenty-four hours. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges filed are subject to change following official filling from Natrona County District Attorney’s Office. Arrests: *Casper Police Department* Kimberly D Adams, Casper, two failure to comply. Kieran S Barnett, Casper, Criminal Warrant. Corey J Donmyer, Casper, DWUI. Steven T Gilmore, Casper, Domestic Battery. Shauna S McWilliams, Casper, hold for probation and parole. Latoya D Moore, Casper, public intoxication, open container. At approximately 5:49 pm Casper Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Marion Kreiner, E. K Street and Kimball for a report of an unconscious female. Fire and medical personal arrived on scene prior to officers, according to court records. Officers located the female and identified her as Latoya D Moore, breathing but unresponsive. Officers observed a fifth of Potter's Crown Vodka near Moore. Medical staff were able to wake Moore, who immediately began asking where she was and asking clearly identified medical staff who they were. Reports indicate that Moore's speech was extremely slurred and she could not remain seated up right without assistance. Moore advised that she was drinking beer and officers questioned her if the fifth of potters was hers. She responded in court records,that she began to laugh and said, "Oh yeah". It was reported that Moore could not intelligibly tell medical personnel where she had come from and where she was attempting to go. When asked where she lived, Moore would point and laugh. Moore was transported to Wyoming Medical Center then transported Natrona County Detention Center after medical clearance. She was arrested and booked for public intoxication, blowing a BAC of o.298% and charged with open container. Keaton R Mundy, Evansville, DWUS. Diana R Nollen, Casper, suspended/revoked DL.
