#GivingTuesday: Join the movement and donate to Safe Kids of Central Wyoming

*(Casper, Wyo.) *- The holiday season is a time of excitement. From shopping for the best deals to spending hours decorating, cooking and preparing for family. This is also a season of gratitude and giving back. This year, #GivingTuesday is on Dec. 1. #GivingTuesday, the Tuesday after Black Friday and Cyber Monday, is a day set aside to support organizations working to create positive change in our community. Safe Kids of Central Wyoming is here to protect every child in Natrona County from preventable injuries. We believe all children deserve to grow up to live their dreams, whatever they may be. This is a pretty hefty goal and Safe Kids of Central Wyoming is fighting to ensure families have access to life-saving equipment like car seats, helmets and life jackets as well as the education needed to keep our kids safe. Last year, program staff and volunteers checked hundreds of booster and car seats to make sure they were used properly. In addition, we provided thousands of families with safety education, resources and equipment including: 123 car seats, 645 helmets, and 80 life jackets. We need your help to continue saving lives. Together, we hope to raise more than $5,000 on #GivingTuesday.
