McDonald inside of his apartment. McDonald allowed officers inside his residence. Officers immediately observed numerous half-gallon and fifths of peppermint schnapps littered throughout the apartment, according to court records. Officers interviewed Mr. McDonald who reported to officers that he was intoxicated, as he had blood shot eyes, some slurred speech, and the odor of an alcoholic beverage on his presence.
