Manor Heights' 3rd Graders learned the importance of Community Service

Casper school are all about Community, and that is just what the 3rd graders did at Manor Heights. Manor Heights' 3rd graders participated in the spirit of the season by giving back and as a part of their 3rd grade Social Studies curriculum, the students learned how to be a helper in the community. Over the past seven years, Manor Heights third-graders have spent over $30,000 buying gifts for the Salvation Army Giving Tree, thanks to the 50/50 raffle and business/personal donations. Thank you to the below individuals for their generosity: - Hank and Kayla Tanner - 607 Consulting, LLC - RNT Consulting, LLC - Cathy Berens, PC - A few anonymous donors The kids had a great time buying gifts for those in need through the Salvation Army and went shopping before the holiday with a total of $4,979! #ncsd #oilcity #news
