Dispatch: Male stuck in the snow, arrested for DWUI; More arrests

(Casper, Wyo.) – Here is a recap of law enforcement activity from around Natrona County from over the past twenty-four hours. Those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges filed are subject to change following official filing from Natrona County District Attorney’s Office. *Arrests:* *Casper Police Department* Cory C Fowler, Casper, failure to appear. Garth M Hickey, Natrona County, failure to appear, Criminal Warrant. Christopher B Holcomb, Casper, violate FVPA Court Order, possession of controlled substance meth. Anthony L Holloman, Florida, NCIC hit. Kali A Knigge, Casper,Criminal Warrant. Bradley A McCoy, Casper, Civil Bench Warrant. Sean M McKee, Casper, DWUI, interference w/PO. On December 29th at approximately 10:03 pm Casper Police Officers were dispatched to the area of E. 12th Street Park Place Assisted Living for a motor assist. Dispatch advised officers that the reporting party stated that there was a light colored suburban stuck in a snow drift in the grass at the address. Upon arrival officers located a gold Chevrolet Suburban in a snow drift about 80 yards from the Child Development Center. Officers observed tire track marks from 12th Street traveling Northbound about a hundred yards and circled around to where the vehicle was stopped in the snowdrift. Officers approached the vehicle , noted that the vehicle was turned off and observed a male, later identified as Sean M Mckee sitting in the driver's seat. Officers approached and reports show that the male struggled to roll down the window and then opened the door. Officers noted in police records a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle upon opening the door. Officers spoke with McKee who stated he drove the vehicle from 12th Street to turn around and got stuck in the snow drift. He told officers that he had spent several hours attempting to dig himself out. Officers noted that McKee's speech was slurred and his eyes were watery and bloodshot. Officers questioned him if he had drank any alcohol that evening and he replied, he had a few several hours ago at the bar. Officers then had McKee complete the standard field sobriety tests. Reports continue to show that officers asked McKee to perform field sobriety tests. McKee stumbled multiple times and appeared to struggle to walk through the snow. At one point in the report McKee stated, "You know what? I'm not doing this," and stopped walking. Officers asked him to submit a portable breath sample and he refused and refused other sobriety test. Officers contacted the reporting party who stated that they witnessed McKee getting stuck in the snowbank. Officers then arrested and charged Mr. McKee of DWUI and interference w/PO.
