Glenrock man charged with three sex crimes

According to court documents filed in Converse County Circuit Court, a Glenrock man, Jonathon Moser, has been arrested and charged with three sexual crimes against a minor(s). On January 10th 2016 officers spoke with a juvenile who stated that Moser touched her inappropriately in Glenrock. Officers also spoke with another juvenile who stated that between November and December of 2015 Moser touched her in Converse County, Glenrock, Wyoming. Probable cause allowed officers to arrest Moser at his home on January 11th. Moser is charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault and one count of third degree sexual assault of a minor, according to court records. Second degree sexual assault, according to Wyoming State Statues, carries a term of not more than twenty years imprisonment. Third degree sexual assault of a minor carries a punishment of not more than fifteen years imprisonment. #oilcity #news
