Casper man pled guilty to five sexual crimes against a minor

(Casper,Wyo.) - Thursday morning Casper man William K Hall pled guilty to five charges relating to sex crimes against minors that date back to 2003 according to court records. Hall was arrested and charged with fourteen sexual abuse of a minor and other charges in September of 2015 according to reports. Thursday morning during a change of plea hearing the state moved to drop counts 3,4, 5,6,7,10,11,13 and 14 in exchange for his guilty pleas to counts 1,2,8,9 and twelve. Counts one and two are 2nd degree sexual abuse of a minor. Count eight is a charge of taking indecent liberties with a child and counts nine and twelve are both 3rd degree sexual assault. According to reports, in August of 2015 NCSO spoke with a witness who stated that Hall was having inappropriate relations with a minor. It was reported in court records that Hall would have the victim send him photos of her in her underwear, hugging her at odd times and entering her bedroom. Reports continued to show that Hall told the victim that she had to send him pictures for helping her with chores. In September of 2015 NCSO searched two of Hall's LG cell phones and found pictures of minors according to reports. As part of Hall's plea deal it is anticipated that he will be sentenced to serve no less than eighteen to twenty years for counts one and two to run consecutive. Eight to nine years for both counts eight and nine to run concurrent. For count twelve ten years of supervised probation following his previous sentences. Hall will be sentenced at a later date. #oilcity #news
