10 Warning Signs of Suicide provided by Prevention Management Organization of Wyoming

Prevention Management Organization of Wyoming will be hosting a Suicide Prevention Training that is free and open to the public at 5:30 p.m., February 16. The training, called QPR – Question, Persuade, Refer, will take place at the 12-24 Club, 500 South Wolcott Street in Casper. No pre-registration is required. Prevention Management Organization shared the 10 warning signs of suicide: - Talking about wanting to die. - Looking for a way to kill oneself. - Talking about feeling hopeless or having no purpose. - Talking about feeling trapped or in unbearable pain. - Talking about being a burden to others. - Increasing the use of alcohol or drugs. - Acting anxious, agitated or recklessly. - Sleeping too little or too much. - Withdrawing or feeling isolated. - Showing rage or talking about seeking revenge. - Displaying extreme mood swings.
