Wyoming Department of Education shows increase in student enrollment across the state

(Casper, Wyo.) — The total number of students in the state of Wyoming has gone up, according to the Wyoming Department of Education. A total of 94,002 students were enrolled in K-12 Wyoming schools in the fall of the 2015-16 academic year. That is up from 93,303 in 2014-15. Of the 2015-16 students, 13,802 are from Natrona County School District #1 making it the second largest school district in the state behind Laramie County with 14, 029 students.
