Ramon D Wise, Casper, possession of controlled substance, meth. *Total Arrests Reported: *3 *Calls:* Casper Police Department responded to *122* calls including two assaults, three disturbances, three drugs, three family fights, two fire assists, three hit and runs, two loud music, three shoplifting, and a bomb incident at the US Postal Office . Casper Police Officers also assisted Wyoming Highway Patrol at the Poplar Exit of I-25 for an accident. It was reported that at approximately 7:28 pm officers arrived on scene to find a male who had been struck by a vehicle. His condition is unknown at this time and were are waiting on reports of the accident from the Wyoming Highway Patrol. *Arrests:* *Natrona County Sheriff's Office* Isaac A Bell, county warrant.hold for agency.
