(Casper, Wyo.) - Casper man, Mark Faulcon plead not guilty this morning to the single charge of Felony theft that occurred in December where he entered a shed at the Naval Reserve Oilfield and allegedly stole an ATV. According to court records, Faulcon stole an ATV and if convicted of the crime, he could face up to ten years in prison. Faulcon is also facing eight counts including two felony property damage, five counts of burglary and one count of conspiracy to commit burglary for an incident that occurred this January where Faulcon and another male allegedly vandalized a Bentonite Mine along Gas Hills road.
