Court records show that officers responded to the Flying J for a report of an intoxicated male, identified as Tony W. Collins, in the truck stop telling people he was God and the Christians became angry with him. Officers arrived on scene and Collins completed a PBT which registered in court records a BAC level of 0.212% and he was arrested for public intoxication.
