Dispatch: Intoxicated male found sleeping beneath trash compactor, arrested for public intoxication

(Casper, Wyo.) - Here is a recap of law enforcement activity from around Natrona County over the past twenty-four hours. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges filed are subject to change following official filing from Natrona County District Attorney's Office. *Arrests:* *Casper Police Department* Sharon L Bryant, Casper, Criminal Warrant. Alexis S Burns, Casper, public intoxication. Male Juvenile Offender, battery. Benjamin S Dorsey, Montana, public intoxication. At approximately 4:50 pm Casper Police Officers responded to CY Avenue Albertson's for a report of an intoxicated male, reportedly passed out underneath the trash compactor behind the business. Upon arrival the male, identified as Benjamin Dorsey, had left the area stumbling east on 14th Street near a local school. Officers located Dorsey sitting on a park bench in Freedom Park. Officers noted that Dorsey had bloodshot eyes, a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath and person and had difficulty standing. Officers were able to ascertain that Dorsey had been drinking and had been asked to leave the Days Inn due to frequent intoxication. Dorsey performed a PBT and it recorded a BAC level of 0.31%. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Dalton G Griswold, Casper, suspended/revoked DL. Daniel L Jensen, Casper, three possession of controlled substance, DWUS.
