The National Weather Service in Riverton is predicting a significant amount of snow for the Casper area, when and how much remains up in the air (literally). So we are looking at possibly 8-16 inches! Crazy, our next question is when will it begin? That is on your backs Casper. We want to know when the first flake hits the ground.
