Dispatch: Woman allegedly threatens male with screw driver and hits him with clothes hangers; More arrests

(Casper, Wyo.) - Here is a recap of law enforcement activity from around Natrona County over the Easter weekend. All those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Jhonnathan N Cuartas, Casper, under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of meth. Brian L Farley, Casper, public intoxication. Gerald J Finch, Casper, county warrant/hold for agency. Damon J Gregory, Casper, under the influence of a controlled substance, interference w/PO. Timothy M Houck, Casper, failure to appear. Elanae Johnson, Casper, domestic battery. On Saturday, March 26th at approximately 12:30 am officers responded to an address on Petunia in reference to a family fight. When officers arrived on scene they located a female who advised them that she was in a verbal argument with her husband. The woman reported that she had gotten upset and went to her room to sort laundry and take a 'time out'. She told officers that she locked herself in to keep away from her husband. She continued to report in court records, that her husband forced his way into the bedroom and continued to be verbal. The woman reported that her husband was tearing clothes out of closet and throwing them on the bed and floor. She stated to officers that the male used his forearms to corner her in the closet. She stated that she became scared and began throwing hangers at her husband to protect herself. The woman continued to report to officers that her husband was upset because he could not find his phone. Reports continue to show that the male took her phone and locked himself in the bathroom and threatened to call the police. Officers then interviewed the husband, according to court records, and he stated the two got into an argument over religion and over none important things. He stated that his wife had locked herself in her room refused to open the door. He stated that he asked numerous times for her to open the door and would eventually push the door open, according to reports. The male stated that once he was in the bedroom his wife attacked him hitting him multiple times with the vacuum hose, open and closed fists, kicking and scratching. He stated that he never put his hands on her, and just used his arms to block the hits. The male reportedly grabbed his phone and locked himself in the bathroom. The male stated in court records that his wife picked the bathroom lock and came into the bathroom with a screw driver and stated, "I will kill you if you don't leave my house." The male stated that he was scared at that point and called the police. He stated that once on the phone with dispatch his wife calmed down and was a different person. Officers noted the male had several marks around his neck and swelling and a minor cut on his elbow. Reports show that he had multiple bruises on his back and shoulder. Upon further investigation, officers arrested the woman and charged her with domestic assault. Rachel L Mize, Bar Nunn, DWUI, driving w/out interlock, DWUS. Male Juvenile Offender, interference w/PO.
