2016 Wyoming Health and Wellness Employer Conference is May 4-5

*(Casper, Wyo.) - *Employee engagement in healthcare has become one of the top priorities for employer groups across the nation. The 2016 Wyoming Health and Wellness Employer Conference is designed to help organizations engage workers in a way that affects their bottom lines. The conference is a partnership between Wyoming Medical Center and the Wyoming Business Coalition on Health. The conference, “You Have the Power: Improving morale and profits through employee engagement in healthcare and wellness,” is May 5 at the Parkway Plaza in Casper. Wyoming Medical Center is very excited about the national and local presenters scheduled to speak. They are experts in the field of health plan management, benefit design and workplace wellness. Keynote speakers include: - *Larry Aldrich*, chairman of Employers Health Alliance of Arizona and president of Aldrich Capital Company, and advisory and investment firm - *Robin DiMatteo*, Ph.D., Distinguished Emerita Professor of Psychology at the University of California, Riverside; and a researcher and consultant on healthcare delivery - *Brian Luke Seaward*, Ph.D., consultant and speaker in stress management and corporate health promotion A pre-conference workshop focusing on stress reduction will be May 4 at Wyoming Medical Center.
