Minor injuries reported from Sunday wreck along I-25

(Natrona County, Wyo.) - On Sunday April 24th Wyoming Highway Patrol Troopers responded to an accident along I-25 near mile post 179.50 Southeast of Casper. Troopers had their dash cam video on to illustrate importance of slowing down and moving over when approaching stopped emergency vehicles as well as always wearing your seat belt. Wyoming Highway Patrol Trooper Mike Gray was assisting motorists who had slid off the interstate when the white pickup struck a tow truck that was parked behind Trooper Gray. Thankfully, the driver of the white pickup was buckled up and sustained only minor injuries with no one else hurt from the crash. Our Troopers and other first responders nationwide experience similar close calls like this one year round. Some do not result in a close call and turn deadly. Slow down, move over. Not only is it common sense and common courtesy, it is the law in Wyoming. See photos and video below: Photos: h/t Curtis Day/Video WHP/Pitchengine Communities #oilcity #news
