Motorcyclist eludes deputy, claims he likes to drive fast and never looks back

(Natrona County, Wyo.) - On Thursday, May 19th at approximately 3:12 pm the Natrona County Sheriff's Office was patrolling Highway 20/26 when a deputy observed a black motorcycle traveling east near mile post 20 traveling 87 mph in a 70 mph zone. The deputy turned around and caught up to the motorcyclist, according to reports. A traffic stop was initiated, and the motorcyclist sped away, passed several vehicles and refused to stop. The deputy pursed the motorcycle for approximately one mile, according to reports. At approximately mile post 12 the motorcycle stopped and the deputy made contact with the motorcyclist who identified himself as Curtis Morgan. Morgan advised in court records that he did not see the deputy behind him as he never looks back because he likes to drive fast.
