Here is what we know about Thursday's Douglas Shooting incident

(Casper, Wyo.) - Details remain vague at this time, but we wanted to share what we know at this point: - A man was shot and killed in outside of the St. James Catholic Church in Douglas following a funeral service on Thursday June 30th sometime between 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm. - The Douglas Police Department confirmed that it was an officer-related shooting but which department was not released. - We spoke with the Division of Criminal Investigation Special Agent Frosty Williams who responded to reports that DCI was the shooting agency. He stated, "That is not the case, we stepped in to conduct the investigation into the officer shooting. It was a Federal Law Enforcement Agency." - Williams reported that all information will cycle through the Converse County District Attorney's office. Here is what we know that has not been confirmed by law enforcement agencies: - The man was identified by family members to other media outlets as Scott Ramirez. - Reports show that Ramirez was shot seven times while being tasered. - Ramirez had active warrants out for his arrest. - Conflicting reports of the man being armed or unarmed. #oilcity #news
