City Council looks to approve tree planting grant to bring more trees to Washington and Conwell Parks

(Casper, Wyo.) - Casper City Council will meet this evening at City Hall for their July meeting. Tonight the council members are to consider accepting a United Postal Service Community Tree Planting Grant from Keep America Beautiful, in the amount of $10,000,to purchase tees for Washington and Conwell Parks. The board of council members are also to appointing Kevin Hawley to a three year term on the Natrona County Travel and Tourism Board, set to expire June 30, 2019. Mayor Daniel Sandoval will also look to sign a Letter of Support to the Foreign TradeZones Board for the Casper/Natrona County International Airport's application to Reorganize Foreign-Trade Zone #157 Under the Alternative Site Framework.
