Teams from all over the world, including a few from the 307, will travel from Casper to Glenrock then to Douglas with unique challenges to test their endurance and cowboy grit. Ten unique and diverse locations are spread out through Central Wyoming, with a chance for racers to scale Laramie Peak and leading them to the finish line atop Muddy Mountain on Sunday. The Cameco Cowboy Tough Adventure Race is brought to our Equality State by Cameco Resources and Cameco CEO Brent Berg addressed the racers at the Ramkota today, "Welcome to Wyoming and we hope you all have some fun during your adventure." This is the 4th Cameco Cowboy Tough Adventure Race to travel through Wyoming, and by 2017 our state is to host the World Championship Adventure Race. Before sending the adventurers off, Governor Matt Mead spoke to them, "This is so great to bring world class athletes to our great state. We appreciate you being here and hope you have a great time. You will gain a glimpse of our wonderful state, and remember, you all are part of something great. This is an incredible race, and please be careful out there!"
