Comparison between the LED Wall pack and the CFL/Fluorescent bulbs


With the improvement in the technology, you could find the invention of the CFL bulbs to replace the traditional incandescent bulbs. Durability factor:

The LED lights are usually plastic ones. Hence, you find them as more durable to the CFL lamps made of glass. The LED lamps do not have any time delay when you switch them on. You may find the odd flickering of light in the CFL, but not in the LEDs. The LEDs do not emit much heat. Hence, you find the stadiums installing the LED floodlights instead of the CFL ones.

Cost factor:

The LEDs cost a little more than the CFLs do. However, the durability and the longevity of the LEDs can offset the loss. The LEDs can save on electric consumption as well. You would incur less cost on replacements.
