Pearl Tavern launches brunch menu
Brunch menu available now on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Lee’s Summit, Mo. (Sept. 11, 2018) – Pearl Tavern, opened in Lee’s Summit in July, announces the addition of brunch to its menu. The casual, seafood-focused restaurant is now serving brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. The menu features Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Biscuits and Gravy with Andouille Sausage and Vegetarian Quiche along with Mimosa Flights, Oyster Shooters and Bloody Mary’s.

Shaved Smoked Ham
Biscuits & Gravy
House Honey Biscuits, Andouille Sausage, Scrambled Eggs
Served with Choice of Bacon, Andouille Sausage or Ham
Classic, Whipped Butter, Pure Maple Syrup
Nutella & Candied Hazelnuts
White Cheddar, House Pastry, Greens Salad
Three Eggs, Smoked Ham, Andouille, Bacon, Crispy Potatoes
