Pierpont’s offers diners 216 possible combinations on its New Year’s Eve 4-course menu

Prix fixe menu includes dishes like Seared Crab Cakes, Pumpkin Soup, Herb-Crusted Lamb Loin, Chicken Roulade, Niman Ranch Kansas City Strip, and Eggnog Cheesecake

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Dec. 5, 2017) – Pierpont’s will offer its New Year’s Eve guests a four-course dinner with 216 possible combinations from a prix fixe menu of three appetizers, three salads or soups, eight entrees and three desserts on Sunday, Dec. 31. The first seating of the evening will be available at 5 p.m. and the final seating at 10 p.m.

New Year’s Eve Menu


First Course:

Seared Crab Cakes

black garlic puree, dijonnaise


Braised Rabbit

herbed spaetzle, parmesan broth


Artisan Cheese

imported and domestic cheeses, fresh bread and chef’s accoutrements

 

Second Course:

Mixed Greens

shaved parsnip, green apple, cottonwood cheddar, garam masala granola


Caesar Salad

sourdough croutons, shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano, Caesar dressing


Pumpkin Soup

ginger cream, roasted pumpkin and sesame seeds

 

Third Course:

Herbed Crusted Lamb Loin

farro-diablo risotto, roasted tomatoes, chianti honey


Grilled Salmon

French red rice, Brussels sprouts, grapefruit, preserved lemon butter


Chicken Roulade

cavatelli, black trumpet mushrooms, peppadew butter, truffle-basil cream


Kampachi Farms Yellowtail

Chitarra pasta, asparagus, marrow butter, Aleppo-parmesan frico


Seafood Brodetto

scallops, mussels, yellowtail, crispy pancetta, tomato broth, garlic bread


Seared Smoked Diver Scallops

goat cheese polenta, elotes, crispy pork belly, pickled red onion


Center Cut Filet Mignon
