Eggleston wins NASCAR West race in Colorado

          DACONO, Colo. (July 29, 2014) – Chris Eggleston used track experience to his advantage and won the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West NAPA Auto Parts/Toyota 150 at Colorado National Speedway.
          The event was just Eggleston’s second series start and his first victory in the West Series. He is a regular in the CNS late model stock division.
          The 3/8-mile CNS oval has hosted a variety of NASCAR touring series through the years, including the Camping World Truck Series. Goodyear has been a part of each of those racing series. Every starter in the West Series race raced on Goodyear Eagle bias-ply tires.
          Eggleston led three times for a total of 107 laps. There were seven lead changes during the 150-lap event. The winner averaged 62.890 mph.
          Dylan Lupton finished second, .434 of a second behind the winner. James Bickford was third, followed by Greg Pursley and Brandon McReynolds. David Mayhew started on the pole after turning a lap averaging 79.149 mph during time trials.
          Lupton is also second in the points, trailing Pursley by a margin of 342-317.
