Vegas-focused Online Travel Agency serves up deals and tips on all there is to do in Las Vegas through a new, rebranded site. Now, there’s no excuse for your Vegas vacation to be lame.
Las Vegas – Las Vegas is known for the fact that there’s so much to do you can’t do it all and for its never-stop party. It’s also known for its secrets. Coming here cold could mean doing it all wrong, or worse, missing out on the good stuff. That’s why you need an insider — a buddy that lives here — to tell you what’s up and where to go. Vegas.com is that insider. With a new brand and a new mission, it’s set to deliver Vegas From the Inside™.
The companies you book travel through are never based where you’re headed. Except Vegas.com. Other sites can hook you up with flight or hotel reservations to get to Las Vegas, but only Vegas.com can invite you in. The people who help you hone your Vegas vacation live, work, eat and party here, and are psyched to help you match what you’re looking to do with what the city has going on right now.
The redesigned website is clean, intuitive, hip and modern (and a big improvement over the circa 2004 site it’s replacing). It features the same money-saving deals and broad selection of hotels, shows, travel packages, tours and attractions as before, but now with real, conversational copy and insider tips integrated throughout. Anybody looking to experience a city the way it’s meant to be experienced will seek out the inside scoop, and the new Vegas.com serves that up.
With the refreshed look also comes a new logo. The old Vegas.com logo, an old-school neon sign in the shape of a red arrow pointing off to the right, said to customers: “go there.” The new logo, an orange V that reveals an arrow pointing inward, now says, “come here,” and “this is where you want to be.” That fits. The new Vegas.com brand is built on the understanding that “come here” beats “go there” every time.
Vegas From the Inside™ is a tall order of a tagline that demands proof. Delivering is the fun part. In addition to the new look and voice of Vegas.com, the rebrand brings with it the launch of Drop Watch™, a new rate-tracking perk for Vegas.com customers. Vegas.com does offer up the lowest hotel rates in Las Vegas, and now, through Drop Watch, it’s guaranteed. Book a hotel and the Vegas.com insiders will notify you if the price drops before you stay. Just call in, cancel and rebook at the lower rate to lock in the new price. If you want to monitor the scene for a bit before you commit, you can select up to five hotels to track, save the dates you’re headed here, and Vegas.com will let you know if the rates go down before you book. You’ll have all the info you need to book smart and within your budget.
“Vegas.com has a new brand, a new look and new reasons to book,” said Steven McArthur, CEO of Vegas.com. “There are plenty of online sites that will help you get to Vegas, but we’re the only one that can say, ‘come here.’ We are ready to show customers what that difference means.”
