Hudson Daze Celebrates Community this Weekend

This Saturday, June 11, the town of Hudson, Wyoming will host the fourth annual Hudson Daze Festival and Craft Fair.

Join long-time community members and visitors alike as they gather in the Gold Star Memorial Park to munch on waffles, browse craft booths, watch dancers and dance to live music, jump and giggle in a bouncy house, dive into barbecue, and more.

“It is always enjoyable to have the residents get together and enjoy each other’s company and for them to share their story with the visitors that stop and visit the activity,” said Hudson Mayor Mike Anderson.

Situated between Lander and Riverton in Wind River Country, Hudson hopes to host baseball teams from each town for a game this weekend. Another new attraction to look forward to is a car show in the nearby Svilar and El Toro parking lot.

While new items are being added to the docket, Mayor Anderson notes that the event has always celebrated the best parts of Hudson:

“Hudson Daze highlights the service to country that young men of Hudson have always provided,” he noted.

The festivities will begin at 10 a.m. and run until 3 p.m. at the Gold Star Memorial Park. To learn more, visit Hudson Daze Facebook page or email mikeanderson@wyoming.com.
