RALEIGH, N.C. (July 8, 2014) – Coastal Federal Credit Union has announced that Scott Stevens has been hired as the company’s new Vice President of Information Technology. In that role, he will be providing leadership and direction across Coastal’s technology infrastructure to support continued growth and the delivery of better products and services to Coastal’s membership. The recent upgrade to Coastal’s core processing systems will serve as the foundation for organizational growth and technological development.
Mr. Stevens is joining Coastal from Oracle and brings 28 years of financial services and technology experience to the credit union. His broad expertise includes enterprise operations, engineering, architecture, and business technology service delivery, transformation, and modernization.
Mr. Stevens is a graduate of Columbus Business University with a degree in Business Administration and is ITIL certified. He serves as a volunteer with the United Way and Upward Basketball.
