May 9 Shoshoni 7th Annual Shoshoni Days Festival with events going on all over the quaint western town of Shoshoni. May 15-16, Riverton Wild Horse Adoption – see wild mustang horses in training. On May 15, 1-3:30pm, clinic for the general public. May 16, open 7:30am with bidding at 10:30am. A favorite family friendly event of real western rodeo action geared for all ages: bullriding, bronc riding on bucking horses, team roping, barrel racing, and calf roping just to name a few.
