June 23, 2016 (Eastern Connecticut) — What is “retargeting?” How do you buy high-ranking ads on Google search? Join brand managers Kayla Hedman and Eric Tetreault of Miranda Creative, Inc., and Matt Trant and John Kleinhans of Search Integrations at the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut on July 13, 2016 from noon – 1:00 p.m. for a ‘Second Wednesday Seminar,’ Google AdWords & Retargeting for Business. No prior knowledge of Google AdWords or retargeting methods are required; having a personal and/or business Gmail account is encouraged. The workshop is free for Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut members, and $10 for non-members.

At this workshop we will cover:

  • What is retargeting and how can it help reach qualified leads?
  • The relationship between Google AdWords and keywords
  • Building it into your online marketing plan, budgeting, and understanding pay-per-click (PPC ads)
  • Optimizing ad text and landing pages, utilizing A/B testing and extensions to start your campaign
  • Tracking and improving AdWords results
