Imperia Structures incredible growth has always believed in transcending the boundaries of imagination to achieve our dream of putting India's urban infrastructure on the same pedestal as the finest developments of the affluent world.

The Esfera, a 17-acre world-class residential complex, and Elvedor, a mixed-use development, both located by the Gurgaon-Dwarka Expressway.Imperia Structures, however, is not all about commercial spaces or mixed-use developments. “We have delivered 500 apartments, too, recently,” says Mr. Brajinder Singh Batra, Joint Managing Director, Imperia Structures Ltd. Imperia Mirage, a five-acre development within the Jaypee Sports City by the Yamuna Expressway, close to the Buddh Formula-1 Racing Circuit, has six residential towers designed to international taste. Open on three sides, the apartments here are positioned as ‘wellness’ destinations. The company prides itself over its credibility. “What sets us apart in the crowd is our proven ability to honour commitments,” Mr. Harpreet Singh says. “You can tell from the kind of clientele we have attracted. Aptara is right next door from where we sit—all big names here!”

“While our intention is to be present all over India, our present projects are concentrated in Delhi NCR through partnerships,” the company says. “Each year we hope to extend our reach, both in terms of geographies as and communities we wish to serve.” To that end, offices have been set up all over north India. Mr. Harpreet Singh draws attention to a report by one of the reputed global management consultants, which predicts that the number of middle income households earningbetween Rs.2 lakh and Rs.10 lakh will be 14.7 crore by 2030.
“The middle income group will certainly have a dramatic effect on countrywide demand,” he says. When we see examples of Imperia’s work—from those in the Mohan Coperative Industrial Estate on Mathura Road to other developing parts of Delhi NCR—it is hard to imagine the company as a provider of middle class options. “We have a gamut of options,” says Mr. Harpreet Singh. “It depends on your choice and convenience.”
